Im post opp by 1 month and a half
Im sufdering alot with headaches fuzzyness and stiff neck. My left side neck has a muscke ball or a gland still not sure but wont go away
Please i need some adhise on how to maintain this. Im only 25 years and the decompression has made me feel worse.
