For the longest time I have been trying to find a pillow that is the best for minimizing the pain in my neck when I sleep. I know nothing with completely make it go away, but I was wondering if some people had a pillow brand or make that seemed to do better than the rest.

I found a pillow at Kohls. It is partly gel and partly memory foam. After my surgery it was the only one I could use. The gel stays cool, and that feels good. But it is also soft enough that it does not hurt where my incision is, nor hurt my head/neck. It is also firm enough that it supports.
