Pillow recommendations

Hi,I’m recently diagnosed, I have a BIG issue with finding a pillow, now I know why. I’ve tried memory foam, contoured, down, plain, etc. I toss and turn cause they all hurt my neck. I’m wondering if anyone has a suggestion.I’ve never had surgery. Please help,
-Lindsey

I have been happiest with a bunch of pillows of different sizes, this is before and after my surgery. That way I can position them in different ways to make myself comfortable. I have throw pillows, reg bed pillows, a body pillow and a neck roll. I really like the small ones the best for positioning my head to be comfortable. The body pillow I have found to be useful for the night time leg pain. It sounds like a lot of work and different pillows, but it is the only thing that has worked for me....Good luck!!!

i had one of those things with rice and pellets/beads in it and OMG i couldnt handle the noise it made....lol.. i know most people do not hear it, but gosh for me it was as loud and bad as someone pulling their nails down the chalk board.

I use a down alternative pillow. I'm a side sleeper so I squish it up in the space between my neck/shoulder area. Sleeping on my back usually makes me dizzy.

i'd like to add about that pillow from JCPENNY- some people do experience more headaches with it, and after having it for a time i had to take an old flat pillow to raise the whole pillow higher off the bed because i too (like a lot of us) am a side sleeper,.. as Alicia said i have to bunch a pillow up in the spaces to properly support the way i sleep....

there is also another pillow of interest called MY PILLOW it is $79-89 + S&H (unless purchased at local home show). though and that prevents me from getting it but from what ive heard this is a good pillow.
