Does anyone have any recommendations on pillows? My sleep habits have gotten worse over the last year, and even worse the last few months...... any suggestions for pillows, neck support, anything? Thanks!
I know it sounds silly but I still sleep with the blanket my mom brought me home from the hospital in! Not only because I’ve done so every night for the last 30+ years but because I can roll it up and make a soft neck support for myself. On bad nights I sleep in the recliner. Most nights, though, I sleep with a firm foam wedge, pillows and the blanket/neck support.

At nearly $60 a pillow the "Chiari Pillow" is expensive but it's been a total lifesaver for me. I believe they also have some help for those who cannot afford one. It's made of many tiny pieces of foam. Google has some images. Everybody is different but this pillow has helped immensely =) It was great at the hospital and now 8 months post op I'm still using it.

The medpillow site has multiple pillows on there for different uses but it has the "zipperhead chiari" one which is the same as the "chiari pillow"

I just bought my 9th pillow. Crazy, but none were comfortable. Last week I bought “my pillow” from Walmart, in the info commercial section. So far it’s great for side sleeping and reform it for back sleeping. All in all, my favorite so far. Hope this helps also!
