I had decompression in 2011 and this symptom started about two years ago, but recently is becoming more frequent. My neck will get “stuck” and I have to really push my head around to get it to move, which popping and crunching noises come with that. Not sure if it’s scare tissue or something else. Driving seems to make it happen more often. Anyone else experience this?
