I am having my pre op 6th Jan and my op on 8th Jan at Queens Med in Nottingham Mr Ashpole is doing this needless to say i am rather nervous
It's natural to be nervous! I was a wreck and ready to back out the day before my surgery but I went through with it and I'm so very happy that I did! :) Best wishes!
Mitzi I am happy and excited for you. Sending positive thoughts your way, you will do great!

Thank you all for replying i think its a case of the unknown i know from reading all the posts on this site that there is no norm for recovery etc so trying to look on the positive. I will also be thinking of those of you with your upcoming ops and hope i will be able to give you good feedback to help you overcome any fears you may have thank you again xx
Keep those positive vibes! Encouraging and positive thoughts are a great start for having a speedy comfortable recovery. Take a deep breath and think about all the great things surgery CAN do for you! Hopefully pre-op will help calm your nerves because you can talk with the people who will be taking care of you! Sending happy thoughts and positive prayers your way!
