Could this be POTS?

I have been struggling with dizziness, lightheadness, heart pounding, almost blacking out, fatigue etc. for years. It comes and goes and usually gets better when I lay down. Recently it hit me really hard with me coming very close to blacking out several days. My PCP ran some tests and I have been having lower blood pressure (90/60 or 110/70 which is low for me as recently I was up around 130), low pulse pressures occasionally (12 was my lowest) and now I just received results of a heart monitor indicating that I am having tachycardia. I’ve been reading about POTS and know that it is common with others who have Chiari. I guess I"m wondering if this sounds like POTS or something else, and also what would be the best way of going about this with my PCP. Are there specific tests that should be done to rule this out or confirm? Should I see a specialist? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My Dr. is very willing to listen but I"m not sure that she is familiar with all of this so I want to go in prepared. Thanks in advance!
