Friday I had a very bad fall in my bedroom. I tripped on my rug and ended up slamming my left arm (my bad arm already) on my dresser and raking it across the knobs as I fell. I landed on my left knee (also my weak leg) with full force, my shoulder hit the bottom the the dresser and I hit my chin on the floor which wrenched my neck. I was in terrible terrible pain. Thank God my son was home and rushed up the stairs to help me as I lay on the floor screaming and crying in pain. As I layed there the first recognizable words out of my mouth to my son was "Get the arnica please Buddy, get the arnica" He handed me the bottle and I immediately started taking in. I couldn't pull my self up (I have a very hard time getting up off the floor) so I had to crawl on my very painful and now swelling knee to my bed. I layed down and I was shaking and watching this huge lump form on forearm. My son called my husband and while I waited for him to come and help me I took the arnica several more times. I thought when he got home there was a pretty good chance I was going to the ER. I was in so much pain. I also took Rescue Remedy that helped my body with the shock of the fall. I tried to put ice on my arm but it was too painful to the touch.
Long story short I have taken Arnica about a dozen times over the last few days and the swelling in my knee went down I have a huge bruise on my arm that swelled up but is now almost back down to normal and I am in a little more pain than usuall but nothing like this awful fall would have caused had I not had Arnica.
I have a terrible time getting around as it is and a fall like that in the past would have put me in bed and flaired me up for weeks.
Homeopathic Arnica pellets are put under the tongue till they dissolve. Arnica helps your own bodies immune system to kick in to help heal from bruising, cuts, trama and surgery. It is truely a miracle in my life.
So glad you are feeling so much better! That sounds like such a bad fall! I'm glad your family was on hand to help and that you didn't have to go to the ER.
I have some of the gel but I didn't know that they made pellets. I need to head to the health food store and see if I can find them. I wanted to put the gel on my neck but the doctor said because I'm glued I can't have anything on the incision site. Maybe the pellets would work for faster healing?
That's Awesome! It is one of those things that I can't live without now that I know how great it is. You can also take the pellets before you do something stenuous that would normally make you sore like excersize or yard work and or take a dose right afterwards.

Wendy I'm so sorry to hear about your fall, It sounds painful....but I hear you on the Arnica. I woke up in the night a couple of nights ago with a leg cramp. It was in an odd spot, in my shin, and it wouldn't stop. The pain was awful. I thought about the Arnica cream, and thought it wouldn't hurt...so I rubbed in on. The pain stopped within seconds...I couldn't believe it. The cramp relaxed and I was able to go back to sleep.
I have since got the pellets as well to have on hand. It's a great help. I hope you're feeling better...
Absolutely! Every health food store carries Arnica because it works so well and it works for everybody. Bioron makes the pellets. They come in a blue tube of about 80. They cost around $7.00 You want to get either 30C or 12C Either is good 30c is a little stronger and I use that. You take 4-5 under the tongue in a clean mouth. (20 min before or after meal or teeth brushing) they twist out of the tube and heat ruines them so don't leave in a hot car. Because you just had surgery I would take it 4-5 times the first day to kick your imune system into gear. Then 1-2 times a day for 3-4 days or when you feel some pain after that. It will help with healing and swelling inside and out. It doesn't interfere with anything else you are taking and is very mild. It just basically points your immune system in the right direction and tells it you need extra healing right now. You can also take it before surgery to cut down on bleeding and swelling during and after the surgery. Good Luck...So happy you are doing well.

And ps - just so I can make this all about me - I had sent wendyanne a private chat message then I signed out to quick. So when I signed back it our conversation was still on my screen. "help, I've fallen and can't get up!" thank heaven she responded when I responded. I was gonna call a fire dept to bust down her door!! Lol. Glad you are feeling better - I was worried about you. And yes if I can make it about me I will - part of my charm!! Hahaha
That's awesome. Use a few times a day. I have a black and deep purple bruise on my forarm that I have been treating with arnica. It's painful to touch it but it is getting rid of the bruise pretty fast. All the swelling went down first.
Yes you can use the Arnica Gel directly on incision. I mix it with a Q-Tip with Neosaporin. About 1/2 and 1/2. We use it like that for every cut. If you are worried try it mixed on a small section at first, see how that goes then if it doesn't irritate the incision use it on the rest. It should really help with healing quicker. It's also available in 30C pellets that you take under your tongue and it spurs your body to heal quicker. Good luck.
