Hi all,
Just wanting to know if anyone suffers from almost disabling dizziness. A bizzare sensation of little aliens inside my head playing ping pong!! I know this is probably a mild symptom compared to what a lot of people suffer ( I only have a 4.5mm hernia with no CSF blockage apperently).
Any advice on how to cope would be greatly appreciated as I have not been out the house for 2 days now (yes pity has won)
