Hello all!!! Sorry for such a delay in the update to you. I am 10 weeks post op today. Surgery went great. Recovery great after we realized I was allergic to adhesive. I started back to work part time with no patient care at 7 weeks. Week 8 I developed a terrible Chiari headache. I went back to see Dr. Menezes and his staff. They put me in a Miami J collar for a week for my muscles to be able to relax. I then went back to a soft collar for a while. Knock on wood I am headache free and med free except for the occasional muscle relaxer today at 10 weeks. Surgery was the best decision I have ever made. Thank you all for your support. I have some great Chiari sisters from this site.
