Hi everyone,
I'm coming up on my two year zipperversary (Jan 18) and it kind of hit me that it's been two years.
I'm far from perfect, but my quality of life is much better. I'm excited that I'm doing well now compared to how I had been three years ago.
For those who have had the decompression surgery, what do you do to commemorate your surgery date? I'm not looking for any kind of crazy celebration, but I just thought it would be a topic my fellow Chiarians could embrace. :)
My one year was Oct. 15th. I went for a trail run after work and then out to my favorite restaurant for dinner! :)

I am a big reflection person.
I spend the day reflecting on my CM Journey and how it has been a long treacherous path at times. I recently realized my life purpose is bigger than my illnesses & even though I am barely a social drinker have a shot of Jameson out of respect for my ancestors and Thank God for all my blessings. Even the ones I overlook when feeling bad.
