Finding a Chiari specialist

I have survive Chiar for 14 years after I had surgery to relieve symptoms. I now have a few back and am having seizure activity. What doctor at UCSD is recommended for this problem?

Justin M. Brown & Bob Carter are the best at UCSD for Chiari Malformations. What medications if any are you taking? I ask because I recently had a health situation and my Medications were discussed and the combination of three I am taking increase the chance of seizures. The merits at this time out weigh the possibility of a seizure. I will make another call tomorrow and make sure these two Dr's are experienced on both CM & Seizures.

Thank you TracyZ. I am taking Prozac, Risperdal, Neurontin, Keppra, a pill for stomach acid, but I can't remember the name, Premarin are all the medications, then I take calcium and 81mg aspirin. My neurologist here says that the seizures are mental and that I may be able to control them. I want a second opinion just to know for sure. Are these two doctors neurosurgeons or neurologists? I'm not look to have surgery. Thanks again.
