Hi everyone,
I’m new to this site, I was diagnosed with Chiari 1 at age 3, and I also had the decompression surgery at age 3. I have no more symptoms and have lived unrestricted by it my whole life, I am now 20. I’m trying to join the Navy right now, and I was wondering if anybody on the site has succeeded in joining the military/receiving a waiver for the military after having the surgery? Thank you!
