Hello everyone,
I made a post a while back about trying to join the Navy but I still haven’t gotten an answer (if there is an answer out there). I’m in the process of trying to join the Navy. For the past few months I’ve been waiting to hear back about getting a waiver for the decompression surgery I had back in 2001 for Type I. The more I wait the more I worry about whether or not I’ve been wasting my time/if I’m going to be denied entry into the military. Does anybody know if anyone has gotten into the military after having had the decompression surgery? I’ve tried to use the search option but haven’t found any answers to this kind of question. Any help would be appreciated to calm my nerves a bit
