Symptoms changing

This summer I had an overall worsening of symptoms that led me to search for a support group. The back of my head became more and more sensitive to walking- I started to feel every step with my head. That was summer, I was usually wearing sandals or other flats which had very thin soles. But I found hiking shoes relieving that sensitivity. Then came autumn and I started wearing heels which made my head fee terrible. At the time I was also on sleeping pills and antidepressants or nootropics which I also think made my symptoms worse. Then I got these combat type boots with really thick sole. With these boots walking is so much better! For those of you who haven't payed attention to their shoes until now, I really advise you to go for really comfortable shoes. Hiking shoes are probably the best. My head still is very sensitive to small vibrations, like I'm sitting on the couch and someone next to me is moving or something similar. I find these small vibrations pretty traumatic.

I am never comfortable and if I can't fall asleep, I start having back pain and my ears start to hurt, so I put 2 fluffy blankets folded in half to make my bed more comfortable. This also has helped. :)

On the other side of things, I'm having new symptoms now, ones I never had before- tingling in arms and legs. sometimes wit a cold sensation. I have to admit that this is scary. One other thing- It has become more difficult to write on the computer. I'm having trouble writing words- I mistype frequently, lose some letters or write them in the wrong order. And then one day I went to the store, went in, stood there for a little while, then realized I hadn't taken a grocery basket, so I went and took one. Then I saw that I had had a basket in my other hand ever since I went in the store. I was so confused! That had never happened to me. That was a weird day.

Then a few days ago when I was trying to fall asleep, it became really hard to breathe. The breathing process was conscious I want to say. It's hard to describe. It was like the body doesn't want to do it so I have to do it. I don't know if explanation is understandable. Basically I was afraid of falling asleep, so I got up, had some tea and went back to sleep few hours later when I felt better.

Needless to say, I can't wait til I see a doctor. At this point I think I would go for surgery if a doctor would recomend it.

Thanks for reading, have a nice day! :)

I had surgery March 2014 and had been until about 3 months ago. My orthopedic doctor did an MRI and I have fluid near my surgery scar. I am doing the somethings. I mistyped or read something wrong. When I walk a lot my head feels weird. You might want to see if that maybe some of the problem.
