Shortness of breath 4 weeks post op

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a low pain day!

I was curious if anyone experienced shortness breath/feeling like an elephant is sitting on chest post op.

My surgery was 1/30 and everything seems to be fine. Headaches are very minium, can swallowing without feeling like I'm swallowing razor blades.

I've been very tired but this is a new sympton that started a couple of days ago.

Any suggestions? I don't feel any heart racing or palpatations but it does this whether I'm sitting or up doing anything.

I had the same issue and it still comes and goes. The NS says it isn't related, but I have heard plenty of people speak of it. I believe part is anxiety related and it is eased when I put my mind on something else, if possible.
