So I bought this cream called Arnica that I’ve been told works good for bruises, muscle aches and stiffness. I’m using it tonight after work but have any of you guys heard of it?

Arnica cream is amazing. It's a homeopathic remedy mixed with great cream. Homeopathic remedies urge your body to kick in it's natural healing properties. The remedy just helps your immune system point in the right direction. I hope it helps. You only need a little bit to rub in and you can use it as often as you want. If you ever need to put it on a large muscle like your back or legs you can mix it with olive oil. to make a massage cream. My family has used Homeopathy for 17yrs and it is wonderful.

almost 5 years later and I still use it mixed with coconut oil… I would recommend it for those of us who work on their feet long hours and shoulders start burning
