Classic Chiari Headache

Can someone please describe to me what you mean by the classic chiari headache. I get an extreme pain in my forehead whenever I cough, bend, or strain of any kind, but it only lasts for less than a minute. I am reading that a lot of chiari patients suffer with extreme headaches that can last for days. This however is not one of my symptoms.

From what I understand, the classic chiari headache is a pressure headache that starts in the back of you head and wraps around to the front.

Headaches were way down on my list of chiari symptoms.

Thank You Diana. That does describe the feeling I get...it actually makes me want to drop to my knees when its happening, but it truly is no longer than a minute and usually leaves me feeling weak, dizzy, and numb at times.
