well today is my boxing day,(day after christmas)
i didnt do too bad, by lunch time i was very worn out, and by dinner at friends house, i couldnt hold a plate it hurt my arms, i got weak i also had trouble walking up steps, also breathing starting going ragged,
today was exhused, but ok, didnt have energy and was weak even typing now is hard on my arms,
SO THE THING IS............ DID YOU MANAGE TO GET THROUGH THE SILLY SEASON?
so now just have to get through the new year,
any tips??
