I have been really tired and sleepy and I dont know why. I went to the doctor and had bloodwork done and everything came back ok. I am wondering if it is the illness and if there is anyone else out there that feels the same way?
OMG! I have been tired my whole life! Fatigue and Chiari go hand in hand. Are you on medication? If so, check the side effects. Sometimes the medications I am on cause the fatigue to be worse.

Sometimes I think the exhaustion is worse than the pain. I had my blood work done and I was low in D and Iron and taking them has helped some. Someone mentioned Bee Pollen/Royal Jelly and I started taking that I think it helps some. I gave it to my husband and he said it works great for him. I also take B vitamins and B12 and Algea. They all help some. It so frustrating though. My legs feel like lead and my brain feels like fuzz (painful fuzz) : )
