Hello all! I am back. I had my surgery on the 16th of Jan. I was in ICU for 4 days and I am home now. Came home last Monday. They said the damage was worse then they thought but i should have no more problems. Hope all is well and thank you for all the prayers and thoughs.

How are you feeling today (Tue) the 31st?? I say this all the time to people who have just had major surgery....LISTEN TO YOUR BODY....eat well, drink lots of fluids...and rest when your body is screaming for you to lay down.
Recovery is different for everyone..so don't be hard on yourself if you read that one person was running the 5k 2 mths out of surgery and you still feel weak..(I doubt anyone ran the 5K 2 mth out of surgery...but you get where I am coming from,right??LOL)
