Swollen eye?

I had decompression surgery in may 2010 & although it didn’t help with a lot of my problems it stopped my sickness - however I have become increasingly I’ll since then suffering with 24hour headaches for over 2 years now, full body pins and needles, loss of sensation and many others - recently when my headaches intensify my right eye swells up and becomes strained and puffy almost like the start of a black eye - does any one else struggle with this ?
