I am 1 year 4 months post-op decompression surgery. Overall have felt great- until lately. For the past 4 days I have had a constant throbbing headache (back if head and neck area) and tingling in my left fingers. Why are symptoms returning and could this be serious? My headache is more concentrated on the right side with feeling of pressure and throbbing. Nothing is helping (common pain relievers, ie Tylenol, Aspirin).
