I spoke with my NS and I am scheduled for my surgery on Jan 16th. I was wondering if any one has any ideas or advice for what to bring with me. They said it is a 2 1/2hr procedure and said I should be in overnight.

I brought everything you could think of and only used pjs, robe, slippers, brush, toothbrush and toothpaste. Oh and my own pillow and blanket from home, because I hate theirs! To go home bring something comfy like sweats. And tell who ever is going with you to not panic if it takes longer than the 2 1/2 hrs. Mine was supposed to take between 2 and 4 hrs. with recovery time and it took 8. My husband was freaking out when there was no update after the 4 hour mark.
