I had my sleep study earlier this week. I haven't got the results from the doctor yet but the tech talked to me a bit. He now want chiari info from me as it is rare he sees central apnea. I also have obstructive which after research means complex. My little research indicates it is not rare for us chiarians so I was wondering if I could get some input on what to expect. One article I read thinks anyone with chiari should get a sleep study. I was also wondering thoughts like if that is why I have such fatigue, some days exhausted.. some days insomnia...all days brain fog... some days blank...etc?
