Post op 1 year, still battling. Anyone have any success with healthy eating?

Hi all,

I am 1 year post op and still suffering symptoms. My doctors have told me that i suffered permanent nerve damage and that I will have to learn to live with it. It is a daily struggle as I am sure everyone who reads this will understand.

I wanted to see if anyone has any success improving thier condition through diet? I have read that switching to a vegetable based diet can yield amazing results and I would love to hear if anyone here has done that and achieved results?

I thank everyone for reading my post and also a special thanks to anyone who responds :)

I went hormone-free and non-gmo, in addition to a regular light workout schedule. The pain still exists, but I can deal with it better now, plus I finally got confident enough to ditch my cane. Absolutely go healthy. Don’t get me wrong, I still smoke and drink, but I am much better now thanks to surgery, PT and the standard “eat better and exercise” plan. We’re not getting any younger, right?
