My neck is always an issue. I am so aware of it and always taking care of it. No picking of anything just slightly heavy, no sitting in same position too long, special pillow, no scarf or heavy jewelry, no more gym, no long standing, no running etc. Do you also feel the thumping in your neck when you walk, like shocking the tip of tonsils? Would like to know how the rest of the group look after them selves. I sometimes wonder if I am the only person for ever taking such extreme care.
I get occasional muscle spasms but for the most part my neck is ok. My only limits are that I can’t lift heavy overhead,I can’t wear racer back bras, and I gave special pillow I use. If I’m having pain I use arnica gel and take a muscle relaxer.
