My radiology report does not mention chiari but to me it looks like chiari. I'm not sure how to on her. Thank you everyone!!!!

There is a standard + or - 3mm when measuring herniations. It depends on the person reading the films/pictures, the angle of your head, the picture itself. It's normal to have a different herniation size depending on who is measuring it.
