May be silly questions

I have silly questions I think and do not know what to make of it

1) because i have 2 syrinx's does that mean i need to have the surgery?

2) Is it possibly related to chiari to have your top of foot (only one) feel like a building is sitting on it. Last night the top of my foot had me in tears because pain was shooting between my ankle and toes back in forth for hours and it was elevated alittle in the recliner. It did not stop until i went to stand on it

You will eventually need surgery. Syrinx's can damage your Spinal cord, but you need to ask your NS. I believe any nerve pain can becaused by Chiari. I am so sorry you are ahving a tough time. Also ask your NS if your syrinx's and your foot pain could be related.
