Hi there! Just wondering if any of you take magnesium capsules… My doctor told me to add to my list of pills those and told me it might help with consipation and other things… Asking if any of you take them and if those help… Thanx
Hi Glori, I am taking it everyday as all the drugs that given by my Neurologist does not have any reaction anymore also the prolong usage of the drugs will give side effect it stated on their SMPC (the leaflets inside the package) but I also take magnesium spray around my neck to reduce my headache before going to bed that help me tremendously.
I have never heard of magnesium spray before, research looks great! I’m going to ask my neuro about it later this week and might start using.
