I’m sitting here at work trying not to vomit from the nausea, and holding on to my chair so I don’t fall off the earth… hoping all the rest of you chiarians are having a better Monday! Found out I will be decompressed on May 24th, and am nervous as can be… I would like to just get it over with but I got a new job and can’t get the time till may. Anyone else have tips and tricks about getting through the work day, or the commute??
Try peppermint..sounds horrible I know, but peppermint tea has really helped me in the past. I understand the work dilemma, I'm a nurse and work 12 hr shifts, dizziness, headaches, nausea and all. I pray you get through it easily.
