I found a helpful app on my iPhone. It is called health manager. Alllows me to track meds, symptoms, overall feeling and notes each day. It also easily combines data to a report to share with doctors if needed. It’s helping me keep track of how I felt each day between dr visits. Not to mention all the various meds! It allows you to enter your own symptom choices. Once you take the time to set it up with current meds and types of symptoms, it’s pretty easy to work from each day. I use the notes section to track possible triggers like what activities I did leading up to symptom. Hope this helps.
That’s brilliant…
Hi, dogrunner.
Good for you for taking a proactive and organized approach to your self-care. Apps are great for convenience. Here’s a few more I have found really helpful… Evernote which is a notes and reminders app and is alot like having an electronic yellow ribbon around your finger and Lift which is a motivational app that sends you rewarding messages for accomplishing personal goals and allows you and your friends to motivate and inspire each other remotely as well. Both are free!
Hugs,
Laurie
