My foot has a cramp that won’t go away.
I can’t walk on it as it’s a very sharp pain.
Feels like a muscle is going to tear
I was just walking in my bedroom when it started … not doing any exercise or anything abnormal.
Had been sitting for most of the day.
It’s so weird…
Does anyone know if this could be the Chiari causing it?
