Dehiscence at the apex of the left superior semicircular canal & fluid in middle ear

Has anyone had ear problems along with their Chiari's? I have been having ear pain and I thought it was due to the Chiari's but CT scan showed the above problem. Scheduled to have my Chiari surgery on August 12 but seeing a ENT Aug 6
