Cyst next to brain stem

Hi guys, really need your help, went to see the neurologist on Monday who explained the MRI,s in great detail which the NS never did!!! He told me that the pseudo is next to the brain stem and is extremely dangerous as it can compromise my vital body functions such as breathing and balance. He also feels that removing could be extremely dangerous too but there is no flow throughout the forum magnum and its the the cyst that’s causing the blockage so it’s up to the new NS whether he feels its worth the risk whether to try and remove it and establish a csf through the posterior fossser. I’am right to say that I had a bad first decompression surgery??? Because I have no flow at all posteriorly and very little aneteriorly, I was under the impression that , decompression surgery should establish csf flow? Is this right? I seem to be worse now than I was before.

My opinion I would get second opinion talk to the doctor who special in Chairi the Chairi institution in Long Island New York or John Hopkins in md I lived with the cyst on my brain stem all my life until I was 45 I have mild brain damage it seem that the fluid are flowing together from the brain and spine that causes the cyst. Good luck on you decision
