Cine mri

Hi,

I am new here and I have a question about a CINE MRI. What does this MRI show that a regular MRI with and without contrast does not show.. Are there any needles involved? Thank you in advance for your help.

I have another MRI scheduled today since they did not use contrast on the last one. If they do not use a pulse ox, then will they be able to see the CSF flow?
