I am heading to Colorado to see Dr. Oro on the 13th and would love any advice! I saw Dr. Kim in Houston in July. We liked him, but he is not a Chiari specialist. I am going for a complete evaluation, so that I will have as much info as possible before I make any final decisions about surgery. Dr. Kim wants to do the decompression, but I’m not at peace about it quite yet. Colorado is so far from my home, Texas. Have any of you had surgery out of state? Would you recommend it? I read so many negative outcomes, I’m so unsure about all of this! Thanks for your help
