Good luck to you!! How did you get in with him? I have attempted to get an apt. wtih him given the fact that I've been told that I have a retroflexed odontoid that is restricting my CSF flow, a 5 mm herniation, upper cervical instability and severe neurological symptoms from it all to the point that I have to lay in a recliner for the majority of the day to remove the pressure from the base of my skull/spinal cord...... and I was told I'm not a candidate to go there. It blows my mind! Everyone that I've chatted with that has gone there pretty much has some combination of what I'm dealing with and have been treated there. I just don't understand what else I need to have to get help. I also can't understand why I wouldn't at least get a consult to see if other testing is needed to confirm something more.
Anyway..... I'm glad you got an apt. Just thought I'd ask what you did or what they saw that got you an apt. I'm so desperate for help and truly thought Dr B was my answer!
Wow Dianne, I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time getting in to see him. I honestly don't know how I got in other than making it my intention to see him. I have 3mm/sjorgen's disease, and trouble swallowing, which may have bumped me up some.
I will see what I can learn from the nurse and let you know.
