Ok so Alyssa is scheduled for surgery on Monday! I think it has really sunk in that my child is having brain surgery. Can we say nervous breakdown??

Good evening ladies… Lori, we are doing ok. Alyssa’s friends had a huge send off tonight. It was a wonderful distraction for us all. We are now at home, packed and ready for a very early morning. I don’t think any of us will get much sleep though. I will post an update tomorrow after surgery.
