Norma Jean,
I thought my migraines/possibly-Chiari-headaches-now-that-I-know were greatly aggravated by the opposite, living in a too-warm-for-me climate (very southern Georgia, US), getting extra bad ones when hot systems rolled in. Then I moved back to the Northeast, and it hasn’t changed nearly as much as I hoped, 5 years later. Still tend to get the pressure headaches when fronts come in. I suspect it’s not to do with temperature after all, at least for me. Based solely on my own experience, I’d say that moving to a warmer climate may not help, but mayyyyybe a steadier climate, where the weather varies less and the big fronts aren’t as much of a thing, if that even exists?
