SO I have been suffering with Chiari symptoms for almost 16 years, still yet to determine a diagnosis for it but getting close but with only a 3mm tonsil protrusion. Having had a headache everyday for 16 years, for what I would say for the last 10 years I wake up with 2 incredible indentations in my forehead ( 2 red deep lines that appear to be indented), you can call them aging lines but they are very strange, they tend to disappear or soften as the day goes on but have started to look like two scars on my forehead now. I believe its probably the way I am scrunching my head when I sleep because of the headaches although I don’t feel pain when I sleep. They are vertical lines going at an angle about 2inches in length and about 2 inches apart. They are very strange and wondered if any one else has this same weird thing going on? sorry for the strange question. Also does anybody suffer from tonsil stones, not sure if this is related to chair but thats been happening too but for this I am talking about the tonsils in your throat not the cerebellar variety.
I had a similar issue in my salivary gland. I went to Charlestown Racetrack on a bus trip n we were eating breakfast. All of a sudden my whole left side of my neck just below my jaw swelled out like crazy. Then later I felt something ooze in my mouth n the swelling went down. They made me rub a certain area under my jaw n told me I probably had a starting of a salivary stone. I can’t remember anymore what all I did for it but it hasn’t come back. It scared me when it happened. It would only swell when I started eating cause you excrete saliva when chewing. Then it would subside. It was crazy.
You may be scrunching your face up in your sleep but if u have pain in your sleep it would definitely wake you up unless you are taking sleeping pills or something that would knock you out.
Maybe something in your dreams are stressing you and making you scrunch your face up?
Tonsil stones are a part of being human.
I have Chiari, i get them from time to time, So do my friends that dont have Chiari. we all had a laugh about those smelly things once.
