Can you have POTS and have a negative tilt table test?

According to cardiologist present at test my BP didn’t drop and HR didn’t increase rapidly. I did have what I call a brain fog or near fainting episode during the first part of the test. Then when they injected the medication to increase my heart rate my BP did increase and HR into 140-150. Got really short of breath and once again had same feeling of brain fog. I get these on a daily basis. He didn’t think anything of it cause my BP didn’t drop. Tried explaining to him my biggest issue is with activity my HR increases, shortness of breath and get tired out. My BP will drop to 89/59 when I am just sitting in bed. My body is like taking a car to the mechanic. You have a problem going on, when you take it in everything is functioning properly on that day. The minute you walk out everything starts falling apart again.
