"Pocket" where cerebral tonsils were

Just curious if anyone else has been told this. I was looking at my MRI with my psuedo NL (replacement for my NL that is on medical leave) and he said, wow look at the paocket you have there. And that was it. I asked about it and he said it was where the Chiari had been. I knew that much. Lol. I had also seen an NS for a second opinion and he said the same thing. We had done a flow study and it shows flow around the "pocket," thanks to a good decompression of bone etc. I just wonder if it could be that that is causing some issues. I have terrible low CSF headaches and they haven't really looked into them yet. Anyone have any experience with low csf headaches and treatment?
