I forgot to ask. Do anyone know if there are any things we nit supposed to do after surgery? ( longterm)
The only absolute restriction my doctor gave me was no roller coasters! :( Otherwise he suggested just monitoring what sort of things cause discomfort and avoiding them in the future.
Everyone seems to have their own set of do's and don'ts. I think a lot of it is personal to your doctor and your unique situation.
