Anyone have a shunt for intracranial hypertension? Has it helped the headaches??

Yes. 2 years post surgery.

My daughter has one. It is not without its issues but it has made a huge difference in her quality of life.
Can I ask what your daughters symptoms were before getting it?
I have a VP shunt and yes has helped some with HA's. The main thing it helped was the ringing in my ears and the choking feeling. Good luck to you if you get one,,,just make sure it is VP and not LP
