I need help

I was diagnosed Chiari Malformation with syringomyelia. I had surgery about three months ago. After surgery, I have low temperatures, in most cases 37.3. Sometimes it gets higher, near 38. Usually in the morning, I do not have temperature. It starts at the late afternoon. Temperature decreases by itself without taking any medicine. At the end of this month is scheduled to retake MRI.
Doctor several times did blood analysis, C –reactive protein (CRP). It is a bit higher, but it is normal after the surgery.
Doctor believes that temperature is due to cysts, which dissolving after the surgery and makes CSF “dirty”. And he thinks that it would be possible to see cysts shrinking or not from MRI.However, he decided that at least three months have to be passed from the surgery to retake MRI.

Is it normal to have temperature after three months? or should I take any type of analysis/test to understand what is happening?

Thank you dear Jules

I would definitely follow up with your Dr. Fever is usually a sign of infection. Good luck.
