I have read and heard good things about this neurosurgeon. He used to live here in the U.S. and practiced at Stanford University. He decided a few years ago to return to Romania to use his skills and knowledge to help his country men. I hope this will be of help to you.
I am not sure how things are in terms of your country’s medical system, but if you are able to, I think it would be a good idea to get a second opinion and educate yourself as much as possible in regards to both conditions. If your current status is not life threatening, I would not rush into surgery.
Listen to your body and rest when you need to, otherwise you will aggravate your symptoms.
