Getting outside and navigated through this condition

Wow you do so much! I am amazed that are still doing so much while going through this ride with your condition. We are glad you reached out to us to find somebody! Erika is a mom of 3 kids and loves to get outside! What is everyones favorite way to get outside? Does it affect your CM?

I really try to work through my pains. I don’t want to be defeated by this illness & surgery scares me to death.
