OMG!!!!!!!! I had 2 "things" similar to this. This one time I was at work and all of sudden when I was standing there....everything started to slow down and came to stop right in front of my eyes.... and this lasted for about 10-12 seconds. Scared me half to death!!!! I went to the ER and they said it was a drop in my blood pressure. Then 3 months later it happened gain. but I never passed out. I had a eeg and it was fine. I wondered if it had to do with the chiari.
