CINE Flow MRI vs CSF Flow study?

I am having issues with the Naval Hospital treating me, they are teiiling my my 6mm herniation is not causing my symptoms and they keep giving me pain killer after pain killer. with my insurance i am not intitled to a second opinion because the naval Hospital wont release me. I have contacted several specialist and sent in my reports. One hospital in my area says that in order to give me a second opinion I need a CINE MRI, that it is apparently not the same as the CSF Flow study that I had? I am googling and it appears to be the same? HELP... I don't know what to do right now.

I was told by one surgeon that they did not need the CSF Flow study that was dont without contrast, I need the CINE that is with and without contrast?

Im curious about this too, I thought they were the same thing also!

First question which TriCare do you have. Also I have many connections if you need help with dealing with TriCare, also another issue which Stefanie ran into was the naval hospital on base they are at. Norfolk is not known for the best unless you are military and that is only if you have run of mill diseases or injuries....chiari notta chance lol
